Graceful country oasis in a renovated 125 year old historic home, 35 minutes driving time from downtown Boston. (Important-stair climbing required to reach bedroom suite.) I welcome quiet, mature guests as this is a very peaceful (non-party)environment. We are located on a scenic road in sophisticated Dover, Ma, a commuter/country setting, with miles of hiking trails and roads ideal for cycling. I have owned and loved this home for 35 years and take great joy in its charm and outdoor spaces.

Charming bright 1 bedroom (queen bed) with spacious living area and large bathroom (handicapped accessible). Total privacy means you never have to see us unless you need assistance. Hardwood floors throughout and beautifully decorated. Kitchenette with full refrigerator and eating area. Comfortably sleeps 2 and has a roll away cot available for 1 more person. Conveniently located in the middle of town. Easy access to Salem and surrounding area. Parking for 1 car available.

Water front cabin-like guest suite on a quiet pond

Our home is located on a wooded lot overlooking a pristine kettle pond. Access to our home requires ascending a long but gradual set of stairs followed by a second set of stairs to the entrance of the guest suite. The two room suite has a bedroom and a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and mini frig. There is a French press, coffee bean grinder, tea, cups, dishes and flatware in the cupboards. It does not have a full kitchen ( no stove/ no kitchen sink)

Retro New England cottage - walk to the beach!

A peaceful beach retreat that's close to all the action, this one-bedroom cottage is the oldest in the neighborhood and is full of retro charm. The house is within walking distance of Nantasket Beach and is set back from the road in a large, quiet yard. Don't worry about beach parking—the driveway is big enough to park two cars. Hull has plenty of restaurants and activities. Grab a post-swim ice cream in the summer and watch the sunset on the secluded patio.
