The flat is full with light, is airy and has a great atmosphere. You will have a high-speed WI-FI in the flat and also LAN connection. The flat is located in the fifth district, in the heart of downtown Budapest. The neighborhood is lively and restaurants, cafes, and ruin bars are all around. The street is very close to the famous Dohany synagogue and Vaci shopping street. Getting around couldn't be easier from this flat. You can either walk around to the famous city center highlights or use any of the excellent public transportation; bus, metro or tram. The flat is 50-200 meters distance from bus, tram and metro stations. The flat is located in the second floor of an historical building that was designed by the same famous architect of the opera house. The flat is modern but the building is not renovated and has NO LIFT, similar to many of Budapest's downtown buildings that bring together past and present, old and new.

Palazzo Residence in the City Center in an Architectural Building View to a Park

Get a glimpse into the past at this refurbished historical home. The flat features herringbone wood floors throughout, touches of color, expansive living areas, antique furnishings and decor, and multiple french balconies. The four rooms apartment is 120 m2/ 1292 Sq. Ft. It has two bathrooms one with a bathtube/shower, a sink and a toilet, the other with a shower and a sink and there is one more separated toilet too. The property is in the heart of the Palace district, home of beautiful old buildings, libraries, and art galleries. It is just a 5 minute walk from Lörinc Pap Square with its many restaurants, bars, and terraces. Within 10 minutes you will find the National Museum and the beautiful Wenckheim Palace that is home to one of largest libraries in town. The biggest food and produce market, the Great Market Hall is only 15 minutes on foot, so as the riverbank of the Danube (Fovam Square).
