Ivy Cottage is situated on The Award Winning Development of The Bay, Filey. It is beautifully presented and has two bedrooms, a Master Double and second bedroom having 2 single beds. There is a modern and very well equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower over, airy living room with dining area, plus downstairs WC. There is an outside patio/seating/ BBQ available for the use of Guest. The rear of the Cottage opens out onto a lovely communal but very quiet grassy area for you to enjoy🌞

The property is very spacious, with an entrance hall and ample storage for shoes, coats, bags and all your beach equipment. There is a newly fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar that leads into a very spacious lounge/dining area. There is outdoor seating, patio and BBQ. There are three double and one twin bedrooms, one of which is situated on the ground floor.
