The peaceful neighborhood and designated parking spaces make our place the perfect location for exploring Lake Norman, Mooresville and Charlotte.

This is a newly renovated spacious private apartment above our home’s garage with a private entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet, a full bathroom with tub/shower, a kitchenette, and a living room. An additional twin-sized blow-up mattress is available upon request. Only smaller pets under 45 pounds are allowed with small added fee.

Beautiful, modern townhome in a perfect neighborhood! Pet friendly, fully stocked kitchen, enclosed back patio with grill, smart tv’s in living room and master bedroom. The neighborhood restaurant and bar is a two minute walk away and you are only a 7 minute drive from I77 or I485. Close to lake access and lots of parks but you can be uptown in 20 minutes.
