A beautifully refurbished, stunning ground floor apartment in the converted stable block of a Grade 2 listed property. This charming and spacious residence is located on the edge of a sleepy hamlet, 5 minutes from the pretty market town of Saffron Walden, 5 minutes from Audley End station and 25 minutes from Stansted Airport or Cambridge and Racing at Newmarket. This property is not suitable for children under the age of 10 due to very steep duckstairs or for senior guests.

Good transport links to the city, local pubs and beautiful walks all within walking distance. Please note: The ceilings are low (6ft6). The staircases to the bedrooms are short but quite steep and without baby gates or handrails. The bathroom and guest toilet are downstairs. Use of the log burner is not permitted.

A tiny, quaint, timber framed, thatched building in the owner's front garden, offering a romantic stay with complete privacy for two people. Lotting Fen Lodge is a separate self contained bungalow next to our own home. Finished to a very high standard including underfloor heating. Very modern and well equipped kitchen, large bedroom and living room, and lovely shower room. Own private garden with lovely views. Off street parking. The self catering cabin with a good size kitchen/dinner with tea/coffee making facilities , Situated 12 miles from cambridge and 6 miles from st Ives, the cabin is only metres from a well stocked fishing lake . Fishing is available from the site owner for just £8 per day . It has 1 large comfortable double bed and in the lounge has 1 sofa bed and 1 large comfortable sofa. The cabin isn't suitable for children under the age of 12.
