Lots of natural light, beautiful color scheme, art displayed by local artists. This home offers a comfy, cozy environment making it perfect for a getaway or your home away from home while on business. BONUS - If you are a "pet parent" and love to travel with your 4-legged child you will love the fact that the front door has a "doggy door" making it easy to go outside, which is fully fenced and safe. Guests have a private garage (with opener) which allows direct access for parking your car and going up the stairs to your vacation (or work) oasis. Guests have access to a fully fenced outside area with table, umbrella and chairs. This area is perfect if you like to sit outside and enjoy your coffee. And if you are a "pet parent" this is where the doggy door allows your "child" to go. Our property is a two-on-one and we live in the front house. The homes are separated by a courtyard that is fully enclosed via fencing, which we use. We will be present during our guests stay so we are happy to assist any way possible to provide our guests with a great and enjoyable experience. In Belmont Heights everything is within walking distance, and all the homes have charm and character. It is a lovely, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. The area's long-time feral parrots serve as mascots and add to the vibrant feel. It's easy to get around. We very centrally located between LA and The OC. The guests garage is the one on the right as you are in the alley looking to park in garage. NOTE*** If your car is too large to fit in the garage (typically this is a large SUV, truck, or vintage automobile) PLEASE park behind the garage without blocking the other garage. There is plenty of room behind garage for a large truck to park there and still have room to open the other garage, which is our personal garage that we (Jim and Susan) use. If parking behind garage do NOT leave anything in your vehicle overnight. Even though this is a very safe and quiet neighborhood do NOT leave anything visible, just for good measure and common safety.

Relaxing Spanish Stunner House near the Queen Mary

Sink into the leather sofa under a triangular wood-framed picture window and admire the art and colorful rugs that fill this Spanish-style home. Outside, take a dip in the shared splash pool, relax on the sunny patio, or gather around the fire pit. Please note, there is a guest house in the backyard. The backyard is a common area amongst guests. The splash pool is small, only 3.5 feet deep. All guests must use their discretion in practicing social distancing. This space is a classic Spanish style house built in 1932, but has been completely renovated with all new everything. We are nestled in the heart of the historic Wrigley neighborhood in Long Beach. A fully equipped kitchen, crisp linens (hypoallergenic), towels, games, and Netflix await you. You'll find coffee, tea, water, and some rotating treats floating around. You'll also love the 56 inch 4k Smart LED television. Jet to downtown, the beach, Bixby Knolls, Cal Heights or Belmont Shore within minutes. Several culturally diverse restaurants with fantastic food, and amazing coffee shops, sprinkled around the neighborhood just a short drive away. -The Spanish House has a completely detached small guest house in the rear of the yard called "The Little Bungalow" that is also an airbnb. Other than that the whole front main house is entirely yours and private! -The pool and fire pit are common areas, but you can use them at any time. -You will be given a temporary access code for the front door prior to your arrival. Please note, the door locks automatically upon exit, so you'll need to enter the access code each time. You may see me out and about in the back yard at times, feel free to come and say hello. Sometimes I make friends and we chat outside around the fire pit, sometimes I'm away. However, I will respect your privacy and our level of interaction will be organic. If you have any questions during your stay, don't hesitate to message me! The home is in a culturally and architecturally diverse neighborhood of Long Beach. Shops and restaurants are about five or six blocks away, so it is easier to bike, drive, or ride-share instead of walking to attractions. The beach, aquarium, Queen Mary, and convention center are all about 2.5-3 miles away. Some people bicycle, but I recommend driving/UBER/Lyft to get to most places. 1) There is one airbnb called "The Little Bungalow" located in the back of the yard. This is entirely separate with it's own entrance. 2) The Spanish House has its own private parking in the front driveway. 3) The main backyard is a common area, for all guests to share and use the pool, and fire pit. 4) The pool guy comes early Friday mornings for 15 minute maintenance. 5) The gardeners come Wednesdays for 1 hour maintenance.

Tiny Guest House in Huntington Beach

Tiny Guest House (380sqft) in HB with easy freeway access. Located close to LAX, SNA, and LGB Airports. Located less than 7 miles to the beach, 15 miles to Disneyland; 9 miles to Knotts Berry Farm; and less than 3 miles to Bella Terra Shopping Center with access to restaurants, theaters, and shopping. After exploring the area, come back and relax in your own comfortable private retreat. Convenient street parking is always available right in front of the property. There is a $50 fee for Pets.

HB Starfish Cottage

Welcome to the very clean HB Starfish cottage. You will be staying in a private one bedroom apartment w/ its own separate entrance upstairs. You will access your cottage via a lockbox. It’s 700 sq ft . We live below and can interact with you as much or as little as you like. Your space has a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining area and a kitchen. (no stove, but there is a toaster oven and microwave.) There is a small privatdeck to enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink at sunset.

Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. Completely remodeled three bedroom two bath home steps from the sand in Sunset Beach! This brand new rehab comes completely furnished with state of the art appliances, flat-screen tv’s and a washer/dryer. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom, a trundle bed in the third bedroom and convertible couch in the living room. All rooms have blinds and portable heater’s and fans. This amazing rental will comfortably sleep six adults and two kids.
