This is a beautiful 1938 cottage with gardens on all 4 sides of the property for drinks w/ Friends or grilling with Family. There are multiple skylight sources of natural light. The office space will support any collaboration requirement. Relax in the gardens while your car is plugged into the ChargePoint EV Charger. This is a very comfortable house for any season or length of stay. The house, patios and gardens make an excellent gathering spot for friends and associates to reconnect and relax.

Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

My beautifully renovated cozy 2 bedroom townhouse (1,000 sq. feet) is only 2 short walking blocks to the DC Metro and is located in a family friendly neighborhood. It is minutes to D.C., National Airport, Old Town Alexandria and National Harbor. My place is perfectly set up with all the amenities you need for your long stay- full kitchen, wifi, parking, etc. . You can even bring along your pet as my place is pet- friendly.
