This bespoke timber frame building was specifically designed for the holiday market.  Imagine a sumptuous high-end hotel suite glazed on two sides.  Then include a well-equipped fitted kitchen, add on an attached covered deck with semi sunken Hot Tub.  Place inside a private garden with tended lawn, climbing roses and wildflower area.  Throw in a handmade slate alfresco dining set and brick built charcoal grill.   Then raise it up to maximise the 180 degrees of uninterrupted country side views.

Surridge Cottage - Peaceful retreat

Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Countryside Cabin with Hot Tub and Tree Deck

Pear Tree Cabin is located in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Ham in Somerset, sitting in the grounds of a seventeenth century thatched cottage on a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful countryside. Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Enjoy the beautiful setting of this romantic spot set in rolling Devon farmland with a gorgeous view down the Batherm valley towards the wonderful market town of Bampton. A Grade 2 listed Georgian Cottage in the heart of beautiful Bampton in Devon. Shops, cafes and a pub are within easy walking distance. A traditional butchers, fabulous fruit and veg shop, dehli and convenience stores are very close by. There are also a few other interesting shops. This historic Charter Town lies in mid Devon near the Devon/Somerset border on the edge of Exmoor National Park, with a 'Walkers Are Welcome' status. Easy access to both North and South coasts.
