Norma’s Pond ATV authorized route

Kick back, relax & ride at Norma’s Pond. Centrally-located between Brimstone, TWRA & Royal Blue, Norma’s Pond is located on an ATV authorized route so there’s no need to trailer your ATV. The closest TWRA trail is 3/4 mile from the driveway. The Eternal Flame trail head is 3.5 miles. Brimstone is a 3 mile ride via ATV authorized route to trail 25. Windrock Carryville flats are 16 miles via TWRA trails. El Rey Azteca Mexican restaurant in Pioneer is 15 miles via trails & ATV authorized route.

This home is conveniently located 15 min east of I-75, just off Hwy. 63 (Baker Hwy). Close to groceries, gas & restaurants. Access to miles of trails Just up the street no trailering! Awesome views and great place to unwind after a great day of riding. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Can ride to a gas station and trails to restaurants. There is access to north Cumberland trails about 2 miles from the property. You can access brimstone takes about 15 to 20 mins. You can be at RRB in about 40 mins. Windrock is about 45 mins by road or dirt road and 3 ish hours by trail. You can also access tackett creek.

Rider's Lodge: A SXS Retreat

An ATV riders paradise!! This is a 7 bed, 5 1/2 bath built for riders to enjoy and can sleep up to 20 people comfortably. With direct access to Brimstone trails, you won't have to trailer to your favorite place to ride. There are plenty of places to park all of the trucks and trailers and this property features a turnaround for your convenience. Table shuffle board, dart board, horse shoes, and fire pit are just some of the many features for your stay while not riding.

Cozy Cabin

Cozy two bedroom cabin with unobstructed views of the mountains. On the back deck there is a hot tub and a gas grill. Near Big South Fork and Historic Rugby. 3 mile hike from the cabin to the river round-trip. Or drive to the trailhead and hike half a mile to the river. Come here to unwind and de-stress. Totally peaceful :-) My favorite time of year is winter at the cabin. Nothing like sitting in the hot tub and looking out over the frosty trees and mountains!

Beds have linens pillows, bath has towels soap shampoo conditioner. Grill. Lp fire pit on porch.

Once you park and unload you won’t ever want to leave. This Northeast TN area is a hidden gem with some of the best hiking in Tennessee!

Cozy Guest House in Rugby

You will stay at our guest house with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, laundry and a cozy porch and a grill outside. The bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room comes with a pull-out couch. The place can host 3 adults or a family of 4 very comfortably. We are non-smoking and pet free. Please don’t pressure me to bring your dog. Come and experience the magic of our land by the beautiful White Oak Creek.
