The Heart of New Hamburg - Picturesque Modern Home

This newly renovated schoolhouse doubles as a picturesque live-in museum! Well lit with stately windows, the upper level delivers a fusion of classic and modern with a fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom and large bathroom with a quaint tub and hand crafted fittings. The lower level boasts of 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, a cozy living area, kitchenette, dedicated workspace and separate entrance. The back patio has heated flooring; making the winter months bearable for outdoor activities.

The Carriage House Suites - the South Suite

Welcome to the Carriage House Suites located on the edge of beautiful Blyth Ontario. The suites are next to the historical former Grand Trunk Railway Station that is converted into a home. There is so much to do in Blyth and surrounding area, from dining, live theatre, a craft brewery, to shopping, and beautiful trails. The suites are a short twenty minute drive to the beaches of Lake Huron. There are two suites available, the South Suite and the North Suite. The suites are listed separately.

The Guest House

Included on this farmhouse property is a patio & furniture, picnic table, fire pit, BBQ, and lots of open yard. Guests have full use of the house, including the kitchen, which is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, and coffee & tea. Beside Exeter Golf Club/The Barn Restaurant. 30 min drive to Grand Bend. 2 min drive to hiking trails, Ironwood Golf Course & Exeter. We have created a very unique getaway a long the shores of Lake Huron. In combining glamping and romance you will be able to enjoy the number one rated sunsets of Lake Huron. Whether it be from your private deck barbecuing, having a campfire, or relaxing in your own hot tub we offer the chance to disconnect and reconnect. A bunky with 4 bunk beds is included should you choose to use it. Bring your hiking boots or snow shoes and check out the near by trails! Private beach access steps away!

The Olde Chick Hatchery

Our spacious, newly updated, 3-bedroom apartment is nestled within the heart of Waterloo Region's Mennonite and Amish Community. This unique Airbnb, a former chick hatchery, is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our huge rooftop patio provides a perfect spot for relaxing. Prepare delicious meals in our fully equipped kitchen. Conveniently located 10 minutes from the village of St. Jacobs, 15 minutes from Waterloo and along the Guelph to Goderich trail.

Cabin is partially OFF GRID in winter months (Nov 1-May 7) No running water/shower/indoor bathroom at this time. Water is provided with water dispenser/maintained outhouse Sauna & jacuzzi tub available yr round. Note: Wood hot tub replaced in 2025 with jacuzzi spa Cabin heated by wood stove in the winter months and supplemented with a mini split heater. Firewood/kindling provided Cabin situated on heavily treed 1 acre property with a creek directly in front of a quiet municipal road
