High spec accommodation including a kitchen-diner-lounge, TV & wet room on the ground floor & king size bed, desk, TV and spin bike located upstairs. Picturesque walks are right on the doorstep and it is an ideal ‘escape’ to explore historic Winchester and enjoy the lovely Hampshire countryside on the edge of the South Downs and River Itchen. The Nest

This charming 3-bed cottage with private parking and garden is situated in Shawford, near to the historic town of Winchester. Walks along the River Itchen, swimming, fishing and picnic spots are on your doorstep. Local pub in Shawford and pubs in nearby village of Twyford. Winchester is also accessible by foot ( 45 mins) or a short 5 minute train or bus away. London is an hour by train and other local attractions include Marwell Zoo, Peppa Pig World, South Coast, Portsmouth and New Forest.

The Pigsty

Fantastic rural retreat! Gorgeous cosy space, very private with own secluded garden. Everything that you need for a relaxing break. Five miles from both Winchester and Romsey, a fifteen minute walk to the lovely village of Hursley with its two pubs and great walks! Perfect for IBM Hursley, Peppa Pig World/Paultons Park, the New Forest (25 minutes) and beaches (40 minutes). You can be in Southampton with cinemas, bowling, shopping etc in 20 minutes. A great exploring base!

The Annexe is a bright and airy self contained house separate from our home. The accomodation is over two floors with wonderful views out to the Hampshire countryside. We are on a quiet private country road 2 miles from the vibrant city of Winchester, 6 miles from Southampton Airport and 3 miles from IBM Hursley.
