Only 1/2 of a mile from Lewis Bay area's Englewood beach where you can lay in the sand, schedule sailing lessons, or launch your boat off of the public boat ramp. You will have full occupancy of the property (we will not be crashing your clam-bakes) but we are always 1 phone call away, and have a point of contact in the area for any help you may need!

Our house is a stones throw from the beach. The harbor, Hyannis, downtown, cafes, restaurants, anywhere from 5 star dining to family-friendly dining are all in walking distance. Several family friendly activities are very close. You’ll love our place because of the walk to the family friendly beach, the ambiance, the ocean view and the neighborhood feel. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, fishermen, families (with kids) and large groups.

Rose Cottage on Alden Way

This charming 2 bedroom is less than a mile to Sea Street (Keyes) Beach on Nantucket Sound. Two blocks to Main Street with restaurants, shops and art galleries. The area is very walkable. The home has central air, internet, flat screen TV, linens, towels, and beach chairs. The kitchen is stocked but has no dishwasher or washer/dryer. A parking pass for Barnstable beaches included. Backyard has a patio, privacy fencing, furniture, professional landscaping and a BBQ.

You’ll love it because of the location and lots of natural light. If you want to stay in-enjoy private fenced backyard w/ fire pit, porch furniture and a hammock. Stocked with all you need to relax. This is a fully-furnished Apartment (En-Suite) located at 63 Pleasant Street. This apartment features a living room area(with 4k OLED TV), bedroom w/ extra long queen bed, fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, etc..), and single bathroom. The unit is found in a neighborhood called 'Ship Captains Row" which is located in walking distance from both Main St, Hyannis as well as Hyannis Harbor. We also have on site parking for at least 2 cars.
