This unit is found in a neighborhood called 'Ship Captains Row" which is located in walking distance from both Main St, Hyannis as well as Hyannis Harbor. Welcome to the Hyannis Hangout! Here you have this beautiful renovated house with privacy of a fully fenced in backyard only used by airbnb guests. The famous main street is 2 minutes away! This street has the most restaurants/bars/clubs in north/mid cape! The closest beach to the house is 5 minutes away, and the best beach in the cape Mayflower only 25 minutes away. House does have an accessory dwelling downstairs that someone lives in. They have their own private driveway and entrance.

The home has central air, internet, flat screen TV, linens, towels, and beach chairs. The kitchen is stocked but has no dishwasher or washer/dryer. A parking pass for Barnstable beaches included. Backyard has a patio, privacy fencing, furniture, outdoor shower, professional landscaping and a BBQ.
