Outside, enjoy a large private backyard perfect for grilling, cornhole, laying in the hammock, or making s’mores by the fire pit. Main Street is only a mile away, with an array of shops, restaurants, and bars. To venture beyond the Cape, the Nantucket & Vineyard ferries are 2 miles away.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, fishermen, families (with kids) and large groups.

The cottage is comfortably furnished and features a small kitchen. This cottage has a queen bed and a table with sitting area. The kitchen is nicely updated with updated with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including an stove/oven, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker. Keurig, and kettle.

The unit is found in a neighborhood called 'Ship Captains Row" which is located in walking distance from both Main St, Hyannis as well as Hyannis Harbor. We also have on site parking for at least 2 cars.
