Relax in the beautiful surroundings of the Vermont countryside on the property of Stonybrook Farm. This tiny home is newly built and has everything you'll need for a perfect getaway. The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

You can experience art and culture, 3 major ski resorts, snow machine trails, farms, hiking trails, lakes and 3 miles from the down town shopping plazas. It is nestled in the woods with some views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families. Our bedrooms offer a create a king to accommodate guests who prefer a king bed and guests who prefer twin beds.

Easy access to VAST snowmobile trails, within an hour's drive to 3 ski areas (Stowe, Smuggler's Notch and Jay Peak), X-Country skiing right outside the door or in Craftsbury or Stowe. Elmore State Park is 3 miles away. Hiking trails and kayaking abound!

Feel comfortable and at peace in our cozy yet light filled guest room with it’s own private entrance and spacious bathroom. It is well appointed with antiques, a hand carved queen bed and a big collection of eclectic books that we encourage our guests to go home with.
