Located in a peaceful tourist spot, surrounded by olive greenery and just 200 meters from the beach, this one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a private residence offers the ideal blend of relaxation and convenience. Benefiting from an exclusive partnership with a beach facility, guests can enjoy complimentary access to sunbeds and umbrellas, paying only for their consumption. The private balcony, overlooking the residence's pool, is perfectly equipped for outdoor dining or moments of pure relaxation under the parasol's shade. The apartment, approximately 35 sqm in size, is excellently utilized to ensure comfort and practicality. Guests will have at their disposal a double bedroom next to a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including an electric hotplate, a small oven, and a coffee machine, as well as a dining area. The service includes a complete set of linens for bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, with cleaning and complete change every four days. The apartment offers, upon request, various additional services such as air conditioning, a personal washing machine, a safety deposit box, and breakfast. Outside, guests can take advantage of the residence's private pool, equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and tables for enjoyable moments of relaxation. Access to the sandy beach is facilitated by a pedestrian passage. In the immediate vicinity, various amenities are available including restaurants, markets, and bakeries. For families, a travel cot for small children is available. We also offer assistance in organizing tours and excursions, car rental service, and a private shuttle between the airport or port and the apartment, upon request. The tower is a 2 level apartment at 'Pyrgos traditional village', above the museum of ikaria. Pyrgos traditional village is a complex of 8 traditional buildings at the top of Agios Kirikos, a traditional small village with a common pool only for guests, a small reception, breakfast area, parking, common verandas and yards and natural vegetation. The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.
