Το Διαμερισμα ΑΛΚΗΣΤΙΣ του 1ου ορόφου, είναι ένα μοντέρνο αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα με μαγευτική θέα στη θάλασσα, σε απόσταση 30 μέτρων από την παραλία και τις ιαματικές πηγές των Θέρμων. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με δυνατότητα μετατροπής του καναπέ σε διπλό κρεβάτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Φιλοξενεί από 2 έως 4 άτομα και είναι κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες, και άτομα που ενδιαφέρονται να απολαύσουν τον ιαματικό τουρισμό της περιοχής και όχι μόνο!

"Metochi" - Secluded Little Shelter

The tastefully decorated traditional Ikarian shepherd's hut is situated in the middle of nature and offers amazing sea and mountain view. It's an ideal spot to find your peace and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located in the village of Agios Dimitrios (Raches), which is less than a 15-minute drive to Messakti beach. It's highly recommended to have a car to explore the island. The road leading from the village to the house is 1km of dirt road, but accessible with any type of car.

The Blue House on the Hill

The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

Peaceful Seaside Apartment & Quiet Swimming Area

Newly renovated studio apartment located 50m from the sea with beautiful views and in a quiet and peaceful location, but still close to the popular beaches and resort town of Armenistis. During calmer days enjoy your own quiet swimming area only two minutes walking distance from the house. All other days enjoy the organised beach only two kilometres away. We recommend you rent a motor vehicle to cover the vast distances between the sights.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του Αρμενιστή ,σε ένα απο τα πιο τουριστικά μέρη της Ικαρίας . Σε απόσταση 100 m θα βρείτε εστιατόρια, μπαρ ,σουπέρ μαρκέτ και ΑΤΜ. Οι δυο πιο γνωστές παραλίες του νησιού (Λιβάδι, Μεσακτή) βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση .

Cosy and cool house, with a wonderful view, ideal for families, groups of friends and couples that seek tranquility. It is situated a few metres below the main street and less than 3 min walk from the beach.

My place is between Christos and Agios Dimitrios, 8 minute walk from Christos or Agios Dimitrios. The area is very quiet, safe and private next to the forest.
