Το διαμέρισμα του υπερυψωμένου ισογείου φιλοξενεί δύο έως τρία άτομα. Διαθέτει ένα δωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια με ηλεκτρικά ανακλινόμενα στρώματα και δυνατότητα μετατροπής σε διπλό κρεβάτι, μικρό καθιστικό με πολυθρόνα κρεβάτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο.
