In the summertime there is access to a lake and a lot of beautiful walking trails and hikes in the surrounding mountains. In the wintertime this is an absolute paradise for skiing and all kinds of winter sports and activities. On the property is a small forest, a lot of birdlife and it feels like you are million miles away from the nearest town.

Himri the mountain villa

Stunning villa with amazing 360 views, great location close to the golden circle and the capital region (only 30 min drive). The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 10 people. Himri is very spacious (300 sqm) and has everything you could wish for - a fully equipped gym and game room, a sauna and a hot tub. We just bought the villa and just finished a complete renovation. Swimming pool, family park, botanic garden and fitness center are just 5 minutes walk away. Nice neighborhood, ideal for families.

Gamla pósthúsið er mjög falleg íbúð sem við innréttuðum 2023 með fallegu útsýni yfir Ytri Rangá. Hella is very well located in the south. It is a short drive to many beautiful places. It’s really fun to stay in Hella for a few days and take a day trip to all the main places in the south. It is no problem to see the northern lights on Hella and if you drive 5-10 minutes you get out of all the street lights and manage to enjoy them even more.

The Treehouse @MagmaCabin

This house offers a unique experience via its open design with an attic resembling to a treehouse inside, surrounded with the Icelandic Highlands and a stream running past with a one-of-a-kind Magma Wall. For more Yin we offer you a private Yoga Nidra Exercise facility giving you a boost for your travels. A large sauna house is accessible after 9 PM, shared with another cabin on our premises close by.
