A new summerhouse, based on the beautiful lakefront of lake Meðalfellsvatn, Iceland. Only 40 minutes drive from Reykjavik. Sleeps 6 adults, or a family of 6 people. It has all the equipment a house needs. A spacious living room, a kitchen. Two big beedrooms, and a smaller bedroom. Double beds. Two bathrooms, master bathroom with a bathtub, and a bathroom with shower. A “Mancave” on the patio outside. A hottub. We are situated in the middle of the NORTHERN LIGHTS district for the winter months.

Steinholt is a recently renovated house built in 1907 & centrally-located in Seyðisfjörður. The apartment offers an entrance from the ground floor and the first floor from the big terrace, that can also be enjoyed during the stay. Well equipped kitchen & very cosy living room. Downstairs is a big bedroom with double bed and one/two single beds, upstairs is a sofa-bed. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Spectacular mountain & fjord views. Ideal for couples, families or group of friends.

(3rd guest possible, but tight) along with bike and gear area, available upon request great for packing and unpacking the Iceland expedition of lifetime. Free parking on site for up to 3 cars. A fully functioning kitchenette and lounge chair. Outdoors dining area with gas BBQ, ideal for sunny afernoons. Important: Warm shower is outdoors! Walking distance 4 min. to local swimming pool and store. Along with the local bar Mossley.

The property is a modern 4-bedroom villa on the bank of lake Apavatn & river Hólaá. Kayaks, fishing poles & permits included for guests. (Fishing is only permitted during summer). The house is 184 m2, with a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with a hot tub & a seating area facing the lake. It includes free WiFI, smartTV´s, sauna, washing machine & dryer. It is perfectly situated in the Golden Circle. It is 10 km from the town Laugarvatn where there are restaurants & Fontana Spa.

Our newly built second home is located in Útey 2, by the Laugarvatn Lake. Útey 2 used to be an old farm and is around 720 acres (320 hectares) and have been in the family for generations. Most of the south side of Lake Laugarvatn is part of the land so you can have complete privacy. You can take a long walks in private, go paddling in our double seated canoe, relax in the hottub with tens of km. of unobstructive view, watch the birdlife and even try your luck fishing for trout.

A beautiful and cozy home on the edge of downtown Reykjavík. Close enough to walk downtown (5-10 min) far away enough to be quiet and nice. One large bedroom, the other smaller but very cozy. 65' inch TV, wifi, a large kitchen with everything you need. Large windows for beautiful light. Behind the house is a terrace with outdoor furniture (sadly in shadow for most of the day but still!). In front there's a large garden for kids to play. Bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Welcome :)

Original restored turf farmhouse in the highlands

Sænautasel gives you a opportunity to experience living as people did in the olden days in Iceland. You should therefore be aware that there is no electricity. Everybody is sleeping in “Baðstofan”, which the space over the kitchen is called in Icelandic. Breakfast and/or Dinner is available for extra charge. You need to book this in advance at least 2 days prior. If you decide to book 2 nights you should be aware that Sænautasel functions as a guided museum from 12-17 PM.

The house is set just next to the sea in the enchanting Mjóifjörður, a remote fjord on the east coast of Iceland. Nature and wildlife is at your fingertips. Seabirds sailing by and the occasional seal or whale popping up just meters away. Many beautiful waterfalls are in Mjóifjörður and nice hikes from the house or close by. You will have two kayaks at your disposal and two graval bicyles as well. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Walking paths are along the lakes and to surrounding places. Minimum rental is 2 nights.
