Camp Manatee is a magical estate situated on approximately 3 acres with over 650 feet of direct Santa Fe River frontage with a stilt home elevated over the ground by 30+ feet. This gives you an incredible vantage point of the expansive property from the home and wrap-around porches. The home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps (8) people comfortably. We offer complimentary kayaks for guests to use during their stay. Newly renovated! The Smoakhouse Ranch is a historic property, nestled in the center of the best Florida's north country has to offer. This is our largest Cabin, hand built of #3 sawmill cypress and aged cedar. We've been entertaining guests since the 90's, and this is our most popular offering! The Earl cabin recreates the actual hand-built, rough cypress, 1920's farm house, with all it's warmth, open family space and pioneer spirit. All of the amenities and comforts, in a very special place.

Relax at this cozy, tranquil cottage on our small farm in the country outside Gainesville yet close to Santa Fe College, High Springs and Alachua. Compact cottage has a full kitchen and bath, queen bed, twin air mattress, indoor seating and outdoor picnic area. We have a few friendly alpacas, chickens, dogs, and assorted birds. Well cared for pets welcome, property is fully fenced. Great place to stay to explore the springs, go antiquing, or check out Gainesville's food, music and fun.

Spend your days swimming, fishing, kayaking, wildlife watching, or tubing down the Ichetucknee River. There is a 2 story dock for easy access to the river. There is also the State park and multiple public boat ramps located in the area for longer access on the rivers. We do not provide key to private parks.
