Secluded Palouse cottage-The Bunkhouse

The Bunkhouse, our secluded Palouse cottage, began as a living quarters for farm hands. Completely renovated, it now offers guests quiet country lodging with close proximity (about 20 min) to Moscow, Pullman, Lewiston and Clarkston. Wander around the 7 acre bird habitat out the back door (might see our local deer and moose!). Enjoy morning coffee in the private tree swing and a fire pit for those chilly evenings. Spiral stairs connect the open bedroom/entertaining area to the kitchen and bath.

Welcome to"The Buck Spur", a fully updated cottage on 1.25 peaceful acres. We are just 10 minutes from Downtown Sandpoint, and less than 30 minutes to the Silverwood. The Buck Spur has a warm, cozy, inviting feel with a wraparound front porch, a gorgeous kitchen with Quartz countertops and Stainless appliances, Starlink internet along with the most comfortable of beds. We have the hot tub for you to relax in, along with a brand new mini split system (A/C and heat) for an ultra comfortable stay!

Carriage house on 20 heavily-forested acres surrounded by trees, deer, turkeys, and other wildlife brought in by a seasonal creek nearby. No neighbors in sight - very quiet! Small yard, patio with a grill, at least one garage parking space available and plenty of additional parking on a concrete pad as well as space for parking or turning a boat or camper. Full kitchen with gas stove and oven. We are 15 minutes north of Sandpoint; 30 minutes to Schweitzer Village; 45 minutes to Silverwood.

The Cottage

This cozy cottage is located on a quiet street in the Target Range neighborhood of Missoula. It is adjacent to a main house, but it is completely private and self-sufficient. The cottage can be accessed by a lockbox, allowing guests to check-in as they please. This is tiny home living. Additional guests are not recommended. The cottage is also available for 30+ day rentals. Message the host for pricing and availability. No smoking or vaping on the premise, no parties or events, no pets.
