Very close to Golden Gate State Park, 15 minute drive to skiing at Eldora by Nederland or to Black Hawk/Central City with countless hidden (and very public) local hiking trails and National Forest in between. “Blue Bear” Perfect Mountain Getaway

A cozy 2bed condo providing the perfect escape for 1-6 people. This rental is approximately 11,000-ft above sea level. It can be accessed via a scenic 20-minutes drive from I-70, along Fall River Road. You can walk to the trailhead for Saint Mary's Glacier, a 1.9-mile well-used trail to a beautiful lake. Recently updated with fresh paint and furnishings, full kitchen and soft beds. Free WiFi. Coin washer and dryer located in the basement of the building. A dedicated parking spot is available.

Ideal Hot Springs Home

Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

Private 2 Room Home on Mountain (Idaho Springs)

Lic#25-097. Enjoy a private & centrally-located mountain side home .5 mile from downtown Idaho Springs & Indian Hot Springs. It’s a 2 room unit attached to the main home but separated with its own private entrance. Unit includes mountain views & sits on a .5 acre with a fenced in yard open to you and your dogs. Our home backs up to Arapaho national forest. Enjoy hiking, mtn biking, camping, rafting, ziplining, fishing, and numerous ski resorts all within 25-60 min. **PLEASE READ NOTES BELOW**

Little cabin in the woods

Enjoy a private getaway for 2 with wood-burning stove (MUST bring firewood), indoor dining/cooking area with 2-burner propane stove (propane provided), sleeping loft, outdoor sitting area with propane gas grill. NO electricity or running water. Outdoor shower stall with two 5-gallon solar heated shower bags. Bring towels. Outhouse nearby. Bring food & ice. Well water provided from spigot at main cabin. Cot available UPON REQUEST in advance - prior arrival. NO CAMPFIRES OR USE OF ANY FIREPITS.

Road Trip - with no cleaning fee -License #2022-04

Road Trip is close to Indian Hot Springs, downtown Idaho Springs, bike trail, zip line, rafting, hiking trails and 20 minutes to ski areas. You’ll love my place because of the newly renovated fun road trip theme, the quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of Mt Evans and surrounding mountain areas. There is also plenty of no hassle parking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There are no additional cleaning or other fees. State license #20191143115

Green Cabin (spotty WiFi and cell signal)

This cabin is the perfect spot to rest after a day in the mountains! The main floor has a living room and kitchen. The upstairs loft is outfitted with a queen bed and a queen size pull-out sofa. The basement features a twin-sized bunk bed! Our beautiful mountain location limits our access to internet, so the cell signal, WiFi and cable can be very slow or non-existent at times. We recommend planning to be off-the-grid in case this happens during your stay! We do not allow parties.

Comfort and convenience with no cleaning fee. Our deluxe studio suite with loft is only a half mile from all that Historic Idaho Springs Colorado has to offer.
