Levinge -An Offroad Homestead with Mountain View

Levinge Homestead is located at 3kms from Mother Teresa Women's University in Kodaikanal. It's in a gated community and part of a calm neighborhood. The view from the cottage is spectacular with Mountain ranges and vegetable farms. The cottage is directly connected to the bus route where the government buses ply six times a day. There are two spacious bedrooms with attached toilets, spacious living room and kitchen. We have Cloud Kitchen, FSSAI registered, a healthy food option for our guests.

MANASLU -- Home On A Hill

Mananslu is a cosy brick cottage, about 5 km from Kodai lake in Attavampatti. The two bedroom cottage can comfortably host 6 adults or two families with small children. There is a large lawn which makes Manaslu a perfect place for those who love spending time outdoors. Pets are welcome at Manaslu as long as they can get along with the resident caretaker's dog... Do get in touch if you would like to spend a few days away from the pressures of the city and just come and feel the environment.

The Pinedale Bungalow was build as a holiday home for weekend getaways. The property is carefully designed with a 360-degree view both from inside and from the pool, offering stunning views of the majestic pine valley and Palozhukum waterfalls. The property stands alone in a large secure compound, surrounded by 6 acres of tea and cardamom plantations. Guests will have full access of the property and the tea estate. Property is located in close proximity to vagamon meadows and pine valley.

Whispering Waters Artist Cottage

The Artist is our smallest and cosiest cottage, ideal for up to 2 guests. It is surrounded by eucalyptus trees and a few steps away from the stream which runs through the farm. All cottages and the common dining room have wifi, 24/7 hot water and power back up. We are accessible by car and there is parking on the farm. Home style veg and non-veg meals are offered on the farm: Breakfast - Rs. 250 per head Lunch - Rs. 300 per head Dinner - Rs. 400 per head.

Our homestay - Lakeview Inn, Kallarkutty in Idukki district of Kerala is located close to tourist attractions at Munnar and Idukki Arch Dam.
