Nestled among lush greenery, this charming villa cottage offers a peaceful escape from everyday life. Featuring four cozy bedrooms (all with air conditioning), three bathrooms, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen, it combines comfort with nature. This is a fully renovated 37 m2 apartment literally on the beach. -It is located in the very peaceful village of Tertsa (91km south of Iraklion and 25km west of Ierapetra), in front of which lies a quiet beach. -There are 3 taverns and a small grocery store. -The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. - The bedroom has one double bed and one bunk bed (not really recommended for adults) -Free Wi-Fi -A/C -CAR IS MANDATORY -We expect you to treat the house as it were yours :)

It consists of two large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen finished to very high standards, and a spacious living room with an astonishing view to the sea. The Mediterranean Sea can almost be touched from our 80m2 balcony where you can enjoy the Cretan sun on the sunbeds or your meals under the pergola.

It is the second apartment of a small complex of three apartments, in which the owners live in the first on,e and the third apartment is also on the AirBnb platform.
