We're a Dutch couple whose lodge is nestled in the mountains of Madarao in Japan. Our lodge provides capacity for a max of 20 guests divided over 5 units. Our cozy, comfortable space makes for a great base to explore the mountains around the region. During winter, we offer private ski/snowboarding lessons, and side and backcountry guiding. We cater to guests during all other seasons too and offer fine dining experiences during your stay. We aim to create the perfect vacation experience for you!

Price per room for up 2 guests is 27,900 yen (16 + rooms total in lodge). 3 & 4 person guest rooms as well for more. Access to 2 chairlifts within 100 metres. Guest only licensed bar with billiards table in lodge. Use of dining, laundry, commercial size kitchen, large ski dry rooms. Rental store directly behind lodge. Slopeside Japanese Modern Ensuite

This room is a Japanese Tatami room with western beds and ensuite . The room is Slope-side with south-westerly facing rooms looking directly over the ski field. The beds can be set up as 2 x single beds or 1 King size bed. Extra futons can be added with up to 4 people able to stay comfortably. Extra costs per person for larger groups. Includes: Buffett breakfast, Free wifi, 1 king or 2 single Beds plus extra futons if needed, veranda, tissues, bedside table, bedside lamp, bath towels, heater.

The best things about Alpha Lodge are its wonderful & welcoming atmosphere and easy going country hospitality. The close proximity to the lifts & the Madarao Kogan Hotel and its amazingly relaxing Onsen (hot spring bath), is just an easy 200m walk and the views are amazing. Alpha Lodge was built around 40 years ago so you would expect that it is a bit tired in appearance but we are transforming bit by bit. Located a 15 min walk / 4 min drive from Tsugaike kogen ski area, a beautiful log cabin villa at the end of the road. The home features five ensuite bedrooms, carpeted and wood flooring throughout the home and heating throughout - everything you need to keep warm and cozy while enjoying the winter. The place is really quiet and peaceful surrounded by forest. Parking available. Breakfast included.

建物は古いですが、スキー場のど真ん中で自然を満喫できます！ 朝食（1500円）夕食（2,000円）を事前予約でつけられます。自家製魚沼産コシヒカリ・野菜を使ったお料理が大評判。 冬場はリフト券が必要です。姉妹店のバードランドに車を置いてください。 ※注意点※ 冬季のスキー場OPEN中は、リフト券がないとチェックインができない立地です。サンライズゴンドラ上り線→チロルトリプルリフト下り線に乗り継ぎ、チロルリフトに乗ったところでお電話をしていただく必要があります。電話をいただければ、チロルトリプルリフトを下ったところまでスノーモービルにてお迎えに上がります。 もちろん車で来ることはできませんし、リフト券を買わないと来られません。 日本の電話番号もしくは当館のLINEを登録していないと電話ができないので迎えに行くこともできません。
