Koshikake Home is a hand-cut log house on a 1,000m highland, about 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station. Surrounded by nature, it offers a quiet and private place to relax and enjoy a slower pace of life. Zenkoji Temple and Togakushi Shrines are nearby. Iizuna Resort and Togakushi Ski Area are both within 20 minutes. Hakuba and Snow Monkey park are easy day trips. 古民家をモチーフにした落ち着いた空間です。リビングには堀こたつ式の大きな囲炉裏をセット、食事やお酒が楽しめます。ほかに４席のカウンターバーがあります。 周辺には野沢温泉スキー場、志賀高原、斑尾高原スキー場、戸狩温泉スキー場などがあり、ウインタースポーツのベースとして最適です。グリーンシーズンは車で５分の所にある斑尾カントリークラブをはじめ、３０分程度で行けるゴルフ場が８か所あり、日帰り温泉施設も多数あります。オーナーは玄関を上がった右側に住んでいていつでもコンタクトが可能であり、日常会話程度の英語が通じます。グリーンシーズンには自家農園でとれた新鮮な野菜がいつでも収穫出来、庭のあづまやでバーべキューも楽しめます。庭も広いのでちょっとした散歩なども楽しめます。飯山の特産品はグリーンアスパラが有名で５月かの７月まで楽しむことができ、近くには道の駅もあって新鮮な野菜や美味しい蕎麦をたのしむことができます。
