We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. We love our place because of the location with magnicent harbour and sea views, the high ceilings and sense of history, and the cosiness after dark. Close to pubs and restaurants. Ilfracombe is full of family-friendly activities. Nightlife includes the Landmark theatre, cinema and a wide variety of pubs and restaurants. There is a bus stop outside. It is a great place for couples, walkers, business travellers, families (with kids), and groups of up to 6 people.

Beautiful Harbourside Cottage with Parking

Manor Cottage is a grade two listed building built in the early 19th Century. Sitting in prime position on the coastal path on the quiet side of the harbour, the cottage overlooks the beach and lifeboat station. Boasting a large terrace, it’s a great spot to watch the world go by and, if you’re lucky, a lifeboat launch. Manor Cottage is a traditional home with modern features and a very well equipped kitchen. Garage parking included.
