Located on Addingham Moorside, between the spa town of Ilkley and the market town of Skipton on the edge of the magnificent Yorkshire Dales. We provide cereal, yogurt, home baked bread, fresh free range eggs, milk and juice for your breakfast as well as tea and ground coffee, if you have any special dietary requirements just let us know.

It is situated in an ideal location being a just a few minutes flat walk from all the amenities of the Town Centre, Bus and Train Station and close to the famous Ilkley Moors , Riverside Gardens and 1950's Lido .

To the north, the stunning skyline of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, historic Beamsley Beacon and the Dales Way walking route. Ilkley, Silsden & Addingham villages close by, or stroll along the river Wharfe to Bolton Abbey & Strid Woods.

Cottage comes with parking for a small car and small open outside space. One small well behaved dog is welcome. Strictly no candles, smoking or vaping policy.

Superb rail and road links can whisk you away to visit Leeds, Bradford, or the nearby towns of Otley, Harrogate and Ilkley. The accommodation offers 2 bedrooms - one double, and one twin. You'll feel right at home with our fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, while the spacious lounge is perfect for a relaxing evening. For sunny days, there's even a balcony with outdoor seating.

Sat on greenbelt land adjoining both Baildon and Ilkley Moors, the cottage is set in 12 acres of private grazing land with scenic walks, local pubs and Baildon village on its doorstep. Our cottage comes with its own walled garden, 6 person hot tub, views across the valley to Leeds and nearby Ilkley and is the perfect locations for those wanting a peaceful escape in the countryside.
