A house with two apartments it's perfect for families and couples. Located in a historic, green and quiet area, only 5-6 min. by foot to the town center. From the terraces one can always admire at various types of aromatic plants and flowers of our garden. With beautiful view on the hill and church of Saint John, the tower and the church of Our Lady of Angels built in year 1510. Apartment Victoria is situated on the first floor. Casa Giardino is a stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of the small island town of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy. Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. House with fantastic view. It is possible to access by car and leave it on private parking place. Beach is 200 m away from the house, down the hill. You will probably be alone on the beach. House is 3 km away from "civilization".
