Downtown Long Beach Contemporary - Walk to it all!

Just two blocks from downtown LB and the Bolstad Beach Approach, and on the main drag, Sandy Shell is a newer, contemporary home. The one level home is an open concept, 3 bedroom/2 bath, perfectly suited for up to 6 people, but accommodates up to 8. Three bedrooms include a king in the Master, and Queens with Twin Trundles in each guest bedroom. Anywhere you want to explore in Long Beach is just a short walk away! It is close enough to the action, but still in a quiet neighborhood.

Bright, eco-built, near the port!

Ilwaco is a small port town on the WA coast with lots of character. The living space of our modern carriage house is upstairs so it's light & cozy, 600sq ft. It's a 2 minute walk to the port & 10 minute bike ride to Cape Disappointment (six of bikes to use, and beach toys in the garage) and the beach. Upstairs has master bedroom with queen, bathroom, kitchen/living room. Downstairs has bedroom with single over double bunk bed, game closet, and washer/dryer.

Enjoy Long Beach in our beautiful home that’s only a five minute walk from the beach. Furnished so you have everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enjoy our diverse kitchen, equipped with everything from pots and pans, to blenders and coffee machines. Our place is also well equipped for children, with toys and highchairs and all in between. Feel assured that we take extensive sanitation measures before and after every guest.
