Our extremely private 10 acre property is what we like to call " The Ultimate Escape" from the hustle and bustle of life, yet we are centrally located to all of what Northern Michigan has to offer. -6 Minutes from I-75 Ramp -7 Minutes from Downtown Indian River -25 Minutes to Mackinaw City -30 Minutes to Gaylord -30 Minutes to Petoskey -30 Minutes to Harbor Springs

Create memories while relaxing on your raft floating in the lake! Our cabin can be your cabin on a beautiful electric only, no wake lake. Bring your Kayaks and your fishing poles and hang out all day! Or bring your favorite toys and enjoy the many ATV and snowmobile trails. We are located 20 minutes from bustling Gaylord, 30 minutes from quaint Petoskey, 35 minutes from historic Mackinaw. We have a paddle boat, fire pit and grill all for your use. Come and enjoy, sit back, relax and unwind!

Bring your boat, we have 150' of dock!! Launch next door. Riverfront cabin in the woods with a hot tub overlooking the water. The cabin is very comfortable & is ready for guests to enjoy! It has 3 bedrooms & can comfortably sleep 6 people. Very private with ducks, swans, deer and a bald eagle to enjoy! Only house in area is in our family as well so no neighbors. Escape technology (no internet or cable but Verizon and AT&T have coverage) & enjoy peace & quiet! Please note no air conditioning.

You'll be close enough to everything in Cheboygan/Rogers City/Mackinac, but far enough to enjoy a relaxing evening cozied up to a fire under the night sky. Miles of sandy beaches, bike trails, Ocqueoc Falls and Rogers City all within 15 min.

Quiet Lakeside Retreat w/ Spectacular Sunset Views

Experience gorgeous Lake Michigan views from this 3 bedroom/2 bath lake house. During the day you can enjoy the private beach, collect Petoskey stones, swim, bike, or kayak. Then settle in around the fire for the evening, listening to the water and stargazing. Centrally located in Ellsworth near Torch Lake, Charlevoix, Elk Rapids, and Traverse City, Sunset Cedar House is the also the perfect hub for the area's hiking, biking, and skiing. Fully-equipped kitchen, grill, firewood provided.

The Lily Pad

Rustic cabin on Echo Lake with 60 ft. of beach, a dock for fishing and a swing for relaxing. Enjoy the sunrise, then enjoy the rest of your day on the beach with a screened in tiki bar equipped with refrigerator and gas grill on the water. Cabin has three bedrooms with queen beds, loft has a California king and a double bed. Loft also has a computer and kids area. Two full baths, outside dining area and a screened in lower deck with refrigerator, ceiling fan and hammock for relaxing.

Burt Lake Waterfront Hideaway

Enjoy beautiful lake front northern MI, close to many "Tip of the Mitt" towns, trails, activities while enjoying beautiful Burt Lake, including our sunsets. Our guest house is on the second floor of our detached garage. It is at the end of a quiet road and is located off I-75 (exit 310 and 313), 3 miles from town, but 30-40 minutes from many other towns. Kayaks, small grill, camp fires on windless nights. No pets. Close launches for boat launching. Space to park boat/trailer on land.

The Hawks Nest has been lovingly restored to its original glory while having all the modern-day amenities woven through its clean 380 sq. ft. space. Retreat to the spacious covered porch to relax and view the acre-and-half property leading down to 100ft of 6Mile Lake frontage. Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .

Our home is located on six acres of beautifully wooded land fronting on 400 feet of the blue ribbon Surgeon River with its stellar trout fishing reputation. From our frontage the river is open to your kayaking, canoeing and tubing enjoyment, (bring your own equipment). Bike,snowmobile and cross country ski trails are next door. Petoskey and Harbor Springs, ski and golf resort of Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob are approximately 30 minutes away. Home has a Fully equipped kitchen.

Cozy Cottage on the Lake.

Cozy Cottage on Five Lakes. Close to the expressway , snowmobile trails and downtown Gaylord. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, high speed internet and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or just watch Netflix . Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
