Our carriage house (built 2019) sits behind our historic home on the near eastside of Indianapolis. We curated the space with the modern traveler in mind- from the design to the local coffee and art. We want your stay to give you the comforts of home while inspiring you by the city we love! A bright and modern space in a downtown neighborhood close to everything Indy has to offer! The Woodruff Place Carriage House is in a beautiful, historic (very family and walker-friendly) neighborhood just 1 mile east of downtown Indy. You will be in close distance to restaurants, bakeries, breweries, walking/biking trails and plenty of entertainment. The Carriage House is located above a 3-car, detached garage and is private, with the exception of the homeowners coming and going. You will access the garage via street parking and walking through the backyard.

This area is heavily wooded so the occasional critter can be seen & there will be spiders from time to time (part of wooded living).

This is a fun 1,000 sq. foot space that is very modern and new. It is only used for guests, so I decided to put it on Airbnb. This is a private dwelling and I know you will enjoy your stay. Thanks for looking! If needed, there is a chair lift. The space has one queen bed and also a couch bed.
