To help you disconnect and relax this cottage does not have TV or WIFI There is access to the tidelands for your kayak or paddle board where you can also dig for clams or pick oysters to roast over an open fire with s’mores for dessert. Bring your bicycles for riding. through the trails in Port Gamble. Beach shoes are recommended.

Puget Sound Waterfront - Blue Heron House

This historic cabin is located right on the beach, just a few feet from the high tide mark. It's the only cabin immediately on the beach for miles either direction; all other houses are above at street level. Just 90 minutes from downtown Seattle via the Seattle / Bainbridge Island ferry. *** Beginning Summer 2025 (June 2nd through September 28th) all summer bookings are per week, with a 6 night stay minimum, check-in on Mondays, check-out following Sunday or Monday morning. ****

We use CDC guidelines as close as possible & leave 24+ hours between guests for your/our safety. Enjoy our secluded park like setting, comfy bed, sauna, homemade bread/jam, huge cedar trees, sitting areas, golf chipping (seasonal). Close to SEA via ferry ride from Bainbridge Is. (30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. Come explore beautiful Bainbridge Island and stay in our comfortable guest home. Located 5 miles from the ferry on the Northeast side of the island. This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.

Boysenberry Beach on the bay

Scenic waterfront property on Port Gamble Bay that includes oysters and clams! 750 sq feet one bedroom apartment above a garage. You will have access to the waterfront as well as use of two kayaks or you can bring your own. Bring your Mt. bikes or go for a hike in the nearby Port Gamble Trails. Quiet and surrounded by forest. Nearby restaurants, sandy beaches, Hood Canal, Olympic National Park. Named Boysenberry Beach due to the boysenberry bushes on the property.
