The cabin has been thoughtfully renovated to offer modern comforts while preserving its classic cabin charm. Walk to Indianola Beach and the waterfront, or enjoy being minutes from White Horse Golf Course. A great central base for exploring the Kitsap Peninsula.

Historic Discovery Bay Beach Cabin Stunning Views

Experience healing and peace with the sound of gentle waves on Discovery Bay. Our cabin was built in 1939 by our grandfather who was an early businessman in Port Townsend. He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

Welcome to to this breathtaking vacation rental nestled along the picturesque shoreline of Poulsbo! This enchanting getaway is the perfect destination for those seeking tranquility and coastal charm. With the ability to comfortably accommodate up to seven guests, it offers an idyllic retreat for families or a group of friends. (30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. Tools and materials are kept out of sight, but you may notice some unfinished details. Due to continued progress, appearance may vary.

The TreeHouse is a full private house with a unique layout. Upstairs is the main apartment with kitchenette, bathroom, loft BR w/queen bed, living rm w/full sleeper sofa. Below (via a separate entrance) is a brand new laundry, office and den. High speed WIFI, Netflix & Prime. Deck & Grill. Books & music. Come explore beautiful Bainbridge Island and stay in our comfortable guest home. Located 5 miles from the ferry on the Northeast side of the island. This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.
