It is a duplex house located in a residential area, in a relatively safe neighborhood. Few steps to chapel, convenient stores.

A completely off-the-grid, serene gem in the heart of the Sierra Madre (Tanay) Enjoy the fresh mountain air of Tanay. No air-conditioning in the premises. The Property is generally accessible esp during the dry months. However, during the rainy months, an SUV or sometimes, even a 4X4, would be best. There is some 500m of unpaved road on the last leg leading up to the house. We will post road condition announcements periodically.
