The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Beach access is directly across the road and Innes National Park is a 5 minute drive away, short walk to the town centre. 4 bedrooms, 1 king size bed, 2 queen size and a double bunk with one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. Large front deck for dining and just sitting and watching the ocean and a smaller deck off the back for when the wind blows. Only natural scrub on one side and no neighbours on the other.
