Perfectly nestled on the shores of your own private pond, this charming Summit II style Chalet offers plenty of privacy. The resort has a 150 acre Lake Aspen Beach/marina, golf course, and Charette Commons including swimming pool and gym.The chalet is cozy, but spacious and features 2 bedrooms, sleeping loft, and 2 full baths. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. On the golf course, this newly updated 4000 sq ft home has 5 bedrooms/bathrooms and can host groups of up to 16. There are 5 bedrooms and a bonus loft that sleeps 2. The downstairs basement is a game players delight, ping-pong, shuffle board, PS5, Xbox, that walks out to hot tub.
