The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. Our guests can enjoy for free the big in-house pool, the sauna area, a ski storage, the shared lounge and a private parking place as well as the playground and the large garden. The centre of Seefeld with its restaurants, shops, the casino and more are within short walking distance. You will find many promenades, hiking trails, golf courses, varied ski slopes and our world championship cross-country ski trails nearby.

The holiday apartment 'Haus Excelsior Top 36' is located in Seefeld in Tirol and overlooks the mountain. The 25 m² property consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living-bedroom area and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV; on top of that, a shared sauna is also provided for your enjoyment. A washing machine and a dryer are available for a fee. There is also a baby cot and a high chair available on request for a fee.

In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

The Wichtelhütte accommodates 4 people. Thanks to its unique location at the edge of the forest, the property is perfect for enjoying and relaxing. The cabin features 3 single beds and one double bed. After a wonderful day in nature, you can relax in your very own private stainless steel hot pot. In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Plattnerhof, where you can enjoy a farmer's breakfast upon request, use the wellness area, or visit the many animals.

A free bus is available for all guests (staying 2 nights or longer) from St. Sigmund to Kühtai. Public transportation is available from Innsbruck.

Looking out of your chalet directly onto the slopes, you are already eager to finally grab your things to start the day. But you still want to enjoy breakfast in peace. After all, you still have the whole day ahead of you. In the evening, when the sun is resting behind the mountain peaks and the moonlight is spreading over Steinach, you can relax your muscles in the Finnish sauna of the chalet.
