This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Πρόκειται για μια μονοκατοικία 90τ.μ, με 3 υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα-καθιστικό και WC με μπανιέρα. Βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Δασκαλόπετρας, 150μ. από την ομώνυμη παραλία και το λιμανάκι. Ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να βρει στην περιοχή ταβέρνες, καφετέριες, μίνι μάρκετ κ.α. Σε 150 περίπου μέτρα νοτιότερα βρίσκεται η οργανωμένη παραλία "Όρμος Λω". Στην ευρύτερη περιοχή υπάρχει η Πέτρα του Ομήρου (όπου η παράδοση αναφέρει ότι δίδασκε ο Όμηρος) καθώς και το Ιερό της Θεάς Κυβέλης.
