Dummett Cottage is a Grade 2 listed 3 bedroom fishing cottage with an incredible garden backing directly onto the Taw-Torridge estuary. Sit on the patio and watch beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic as fishing boats and yachts sail by. Set on one of Appledore's oldest streets, and dating from around 1700, Dummett Cottage is one of the original houses built in Appledore. From the inglenook fireplace to the exposed beams and arches, this cottage is full of character and history.

Broadgate Lodge, in the heart of Braunton, Devon

Broadgate Lodge is a beautifully appointed detached cottage, situated just a few minutes easy walk from the centre of Braunton. It’s a single story barn conversion with modern interior, including an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. It is spacious and light but still has that cosy cottage feeling. The Tarka Trail is accessible in 10 minutes on foot with Bideford and Barnstaple easily accessible by car. We accept one well behaved dog and you will find the beach and all the pubs and restaurants in Instow are equally as dog friendly.
