Irene’s Dream is a brand new beautifully equipped home with Hottub, WiFi & full Sky TV package inc. Sky Sports. Our house is well equipped for families with elderly or moderately disabled visitors with stair lift access upstairs and disability aids if required. The Tarka Trail is literally on our doorstep, beaches are a 10 min drive away WE PREFER NO BIG ADULT ONLY GROUPS THIS IS 4 BEDROOMED HOME BUT MAX No OF ADULTS STAYING AT ONE TIME IS 6+ CHILDREN respecting our neighbours is our priority

Fresh wooden floors are perfectly complemented with crisp white walls, whilst velvet furniture and a contemporary kitchen add to its stylish feel. Within a 3 minute walk, you’re in the heart of the town with great restaurants and a historic harbour to explore. Meanwhile, many of North Devon’s best gems are just a stone's throw away, including Saunton Sands, Appledore & the Tarka Trail.

Completed in November 2016, Seabreeze is a 3 bedroom semi detached house. Everything inside from carpets to cutlery was brand new and has been kept at a high standard since. Westward Ho! has many family friendly amenities, stunning beach and is ideally located to explore the wonders of North Devon. For families there is a wealth of local attractions to keep everyone happy or if you're escaping from hustle and bustle there are beautiful beaches, coves, coastal walks or our delightful moors.

Badgers’ Holt is a spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable family home with secure garden, offering outstanding views of the estuary and beyond. The property boasts its own dedicated parking space, a shared, second parking space and ample on-street parking. Fully equipped home including dishwasher and washer-dryer. Only a five minute walk into Appledore village with its wonderful cafes, boutique shops and restaurants. Up to 3 (well behaved!) dogs are welcome at no extra charge.

Step out the front door onto the South West Coastal Path and discover spectacular cliffs, beautiful beaches and woodland walks. 5 min walk to the historic Hartland Quay (and Wrecker's Retreat pub!). 20 min drive to Clovelly. 30 min drive to Bude in Cornwall. Heatherdown is the perfect beach house, overlooking Croyde Bay and only a few minutes walk from the beach. Set in 6 acres of private land and positioned on the headland, there are two properties, Heatherdown House and Heatherdown Chalet, which can be let separately or together. The House has 6 large double bedrooms, pool table, cinema room, two wood burners, and a huge deck with BBQ and wood fired pizza oven.

Recently refurbished, modern, spacious, detached house with great access to the 'Little White Town' of Bideford. A 5 minute walk to the Tarka Trail which is beautiful for a riverside walk or bike ride. There is a supermarket a 2 minute walk away which is handy for late night treats or forgotten essentials!
