The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

If the authentic Lancaster County experience is what you're looking for than this is the perfect place for you! This in-law quarters is set back a long driveway on a working farm with views for days. From your kitchen & living room window you'll have a gorgeous view of farmland from 5 different farms. Shady Lane Greenhouse is just beside the apartment so come for your spring flowers and spend a few nights on this beautiful farm. Located in New Holland, PA so you'll be close to local attractions.

Apt. 1 at Witmer Estate, Near Amish Attractions

The apartment is located on the property of the historic Witmer Estate. This 2nd floor apartment (above garage) offers a Smart TV, WIFI, King bed, an suite bath, a spacious living room and kitchen, a small desk area if you plan to work during your stay. The home is located near Amish attractions, Intercourse, Bird in Hand, Strasburg all within a few minutes drive. 20 minutes to Downtown Lancaster. Shopping and the outlets also within 10 minutes drive. Outdoor patio area w picnic table & lights.

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. This newly renovated apartment is smack dab in the middle Intercourse, one of the most popular towns in Pennsylvania Amish Country. Located right next to Kitchen Kettle Village, above Immergut pretzels, and across from Smucker Village you'll be within walking distance of lots of small shops and restaurants perfect for exploring during the day before spending the evening relaxing on the back balcony or sitting at the kitchen table watching the horse & buggies drive by.

The Stone House between the Streams

While staying here, you will get to drive over a little bridge and past a winding stream to get to our historic stone house where you will stay. The original structure was built in 1758. Out in the country with Amish neighbors all around, you will be delighted with the peaceful environment created by the little streams, rustic barn, and buggies going by on the road. The property use to be a winery with it's own vineyards. The house was where the vintner lived.

Coachman's Suite - Intercourse, Lancaster PA

The Coachman's Suite is located in the heart of the Village of Intercourse, Lancaster County. It's right across the street from Kitchen Kettle Village , a famous Lancaster County attraction with various shops & eateries. It's also a short 5 min. drive from the town of Bird in Hand, another famous Lancaster County attraction. A short walk, bicycle ride or drive takes you into the surrounding scenic Amish farmland of Lancaster County.

You will get a 'birds eye view'of typical Lancaster Co farms from this peaceful loft. It is only 1 mile outside of the town of Intercourse.Also centrally located from lots of poular attractions including: sight & sound theater 12 min,dutch wonderland12 min,Bird in Hand 10 min. Don't forget to check out the furniture/ floral store on the lower level of the apartment!

Charming loft apartment

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The apartment is located in the middle of town directly across from Kitchen Kettle Village. Within walking distance is Oasis Bowls with the tastiest açaí bowls. The Corner Coffee Shop or Village Cafe is nearby for your fancy caffeine fix.
