Holden Beach, grocery & dining are 3 miles away. No Smoking on the Premises. No loud music, no visitors and no partying. Guests may use the dock & pier (at your own risk) Guests can watch the activity on the water and Jet skis are for rent nearby. ** No WiFi, No Children, No Pets. Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.

Beautiful little 3 bedroom house sitting on the Intercoastal waterway. Huge screened in porch overlooking the water. Private pier to go fishing. Internet and washer and dryer included. Very quiet neighborhood. Recently remodeled. At this moment the pier does not have handrails and is under construction, small children should be careful. Also please do not use house towels on the beach that put too much sand in the washer and dryer ..
