Port Moluag House, Isle of Lismore

Our house sits at the bottom of a secret track in a private, historical cove on the beautiful Hebridean island of Lismore. Secluded, quiet and peaceful, Port Moluag is within easy reach of the Scottish mainland whilst feeling totally removed from the pace and noise of city life. The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

A luxury holiday home with stunning views of the mountains including the majestic Ben Nevis! We’re an ideal base to explore Fort William “the outdoor capital of the UK” and its surrounding attractions such as- Ben Nevis Glencoe Nevis Range Glenfinnan viaduct Jacobite steam train We’re located just 2kms (5 minute drive) from Fort William town centre, in a desirable area. Ideal location to miss the busy traffic of the town centre, but still be very close to it. Free parking at the front door!

Bracken Barn is situated on a hill overlooking Cuil Bay and Loch Linnhe, with views stretching down the Morvern Peninsula, past the small islands of Balnagowan, Shuna and Lismore…and all the way to the Isle of Mull. Recently converted from an agricultural shed, it is now an extremely comfortable holiday home – a silk purse from a sow’s ear! The high-ceilinged sitting room has a wood-burning stove and with large picture windows, guests will surely never tire of the ever-changing loch views.
