West Plains School House

Relax in the School House, a rural setting 10 minutes from Invercargill city, is peaceful and modern with a touch old school charm. We home an array of farm animals, cows, sheep, and 2 friendly Kune Kune pigs who live their best life in the orchard. You are welcome to make use of our multi sport turf, tennis rackets and outdoor bowling kits are provided🙂 The Flat is attached to our home, the bedroom has a queen bed and the lounge has a double sofa bed. Tea/coffee/continental breakfast provided.

Price includes free minibar & breakfast - fruit, yoghurt, cereal, tea, coffee. New stylish apartment with excellent views & a private entrance for easy access & privacy. Views of the harbour, mountains, ocean, estray, farmland. Built 2019 this Modern Apartment has its own Bathroom, Lounge/Dining/Kitchenette - fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, no cooking. Amazing 4 relaxing, bird, weather, stars & Southern Lights. Ferry Terminal is a 5min drive. Warm, peaceful child & pet free environment.

Tranquil Windsor Hideaway

Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Conway Cottage

Bright two bedroom house, with large lounge and very sunny conservatory. Within 10 minutes walk to ILT Stadium and Velodrome, 5 minutes to local tavern and 10 minutes to another. Local shops with takeaways, chemist, restaurant within 10 minutes walk. Truck Museum 4 minutes drive and Motorcycle Mecca around 8 minutes drive. Queens Park, a paradise of cool climate gardens & walkways, is nearby. Bluff is only a 20 minute drive away. 1 1/2 -2 hours drive from Queenstown, Te Anau, Central Otago.

Beautiful Views - self contain unit 2

We have 2 one bedroom units for rent they sit on 25 acres of farm land with beauitful views looking over bluff/Invercargill. 15 mins drive to Invercargill & 5 min drive to Bluff. You can rent one or both units the units has being newly built with double-glazing it is warm, sunny, clean & very quiet with everything you need for your stay. The units also come with room service every day, the units come with free complimentary continental breakfast, tea/coffee,water, milk, drink and biscuits.

Spacious, secluded, clean and secure accommodation. Your privacy is assured. We offer a seperate wing of the house with a guest only entrance, two luxury bedrooms, a vestibule and private bathroom with full amenities. Sparkling clean. Each room can accommodate two guests with a Queen sized bed in each room (up to 4 guests in total). When booking for 2 people, you are booking ONE room. If you require a room EACH, please modify your booking to 3 people. This discounts the second room.
