You can hear the ocean and smell the sea in this very large, renovated beach house with an ocean view and short walk from Smiths beach but away amongst bushland. Upstairs is ideal to relax, entertain your friends and enjoy the views with cathedral ceilings, wood fire and huge ocean facing deck with BBQ and dining. This beautiful, modern beach house is just 5 mins walk to Ned Neales lookout and the wonderful Sandy Point beach. The house is just 6 years old and has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full size laundry and a lovely open plan kitchen/living space which flows seamlessly onto the covered deck. The kitchen is well kitted out with a Belling stove, microwave & dishwasher. Large tables both inside and out ensure there is space for everyone, perfect for a social getaway with family or friends.
