Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

Inside, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. But it’s just a short walk down the street to Inverloch's great pubs, cafes and restaurants if you want to venture out! Our home is situated within a 10 minute walk to the surf beach. There is a split system airconditioner to keep cool in summer and warm in winter. You will find an outside hot and cold shower to use after a day at the beach. The driveway provides parking for 3 vehicles and the property is fully fenced and secure. A BBQ on the deck allows for outdoor entertaining. It is a very neat home which you can enjoy all year round. Wifi is included so you can stay connected.
