Take a break and unwind at Middle Park. We are 2km north of Exeter in the heart of the Tamar Valley on a 2.5 acre block. You will have your own entrance, a comfortable bedroom & ensuite, private deck with BBQ and kitchenette with washing machine. Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!

You can lie in bed and take in the panoramic views across beautiful kanamaluka/Tamar River to the hills beyond and the glittering lights of the city at night. Great value for money. Our House Down Under occupies a complete ground floor of a two story house that is exclusive to guests. Located 3km from Launceston CBD in the delightful suburb of Trevallyn. The house has been specifically set up and prepared for guests and includes all amenities required for both short & longer stay visits. A modern new kitchen and bathroom have been installed specifically for this service. Full access to a very private back garden.
