Our property is conveniently located near stunning springs: Rainbow River-12 miles,offering clear waters and abundant wildlife Crystal River-18 miles,known for its manatee encounters and underwater caves Homosassa Spring- 21 miles,escape with serene surroundings and manatee sightings Chassahowitzka- 29 miles, featuring pristine waters and lush surroundings Devils Den-35 mi., underground spring perfect for snorkeling and diving Weeki Wachee-44 mi. Unfortunately, the giant tub is not operational.

Enjoy lakefront living close to everything the Nature Coast has to offer. Entire home is for your use with a private pool and boat dock. Beautifully decorated and comfortable living space to enjoy some family time. The 3 bedroom home has 2 king beds, 1 bunk bed (twin and full size) and 1 twin trundle bed. Sleeps 8. Enjoy using the 3 kayaks on the lake during the day, then challenge each other to a game of 8 ball at night on the billiards table. Swim and enjoy cocktails by the pool on the lanai.

Our tranquil getaway! Whether on vacation or traveling for work, this is the place to stay! With a beautiful pool and gigantic screened in area with comfortable patio furniture and a place to have your meals outside, you can't beat our guest house for enjoying Florida's weather. Inside, we have just added a stunningly comfortable new Queen sized bed with a "Purple" mattress on an adjustable frame. Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.

Close to Weeki Wachee, Homosassa and Crystal River for manatee viewing or scallop season.

This property has direct access to multiple lakes prime for bass fishing. Bring your boat and launch from the private community boat ramp or public ramp and dock up at our dock house. We are located one mile from downtown Inverness and its shops, restaurants, parks, and bike trails.
