The Merc A-Historic Yet Modern Home w/Heated Floor

Everything you need in this newly remodeled one bedroom/one bath home, located in the quiet downtown of Iona. It's a private oasis for both business & travel. Our home is across the street from the city park that features; a walking path, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts, & children's playground. Its 6 miles north-east of Idaho Falls, and close to Highways 20, 26 and I-15. This unique space features a self-check-in key pad, high speed internet and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry on site.

The Snake River Downtown Retreat

Welcome to your fabulous suite just steps from the Greenbelt Riverwalk! This place has it all including: A King memory foam bed, 12" Waterfall Shower, comfy futon, 55" Smart TV w/ Fiber internet, Washer & Dryer, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Dishwasher & Fireplace. Enjoy all downtown has to offer on foot just outside your door. The Temple is one block away and the Family Genealogy Center just across the street. Enjoy this quiet, modern suite w/ 12" thick walls that has just been completely remodeled.

No-Clean-Fee Basement Riverside Apt

I think cleaning fees and chores are silky so I don’t require either. Directly across from the Snake River, this is a full basement apartment (has own access) in a historic Idaho Falls home. Perfect stay while you’re on your way to Yellowstone or Grand Teton. The beautiful Idaho Falls Greenbelt is right out the door. Walking distance to downtown, multiple restaurants, LDS temple and the Farmers Market. Space has bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Must walk down 7 stairs to access.

Temple View Haven

Enjoy your peaceful getaway at our Temple View Haven. This space is the upstairs of our home that we remodeled, added a master bathroom, and created a haven for couples to relax and enjoy their time together. You will enter through your private entrance on the back of our home and ascend the stairway that was originally tucked away in a closet, almost a hidden stairway to the upstairs. The stairs are a little steep and ceilings are low so watch your step and your head. There is no kitchen.

Farmhouse Style Getaway

This is a private apartment in a side by side duplex. We're set up for 2 adults at a time only. This property isn't suitable for people traveling with children. No animals! We invite you to step back in time and enjoy our primitive antiques. There are hardwood floors, tile and linoleum throughout. One bedroom with a queen size bed. One full sized bath. Netflix, WIFI. Centrally located. On street or driveway parking. The backyard is a shared space with guests staying on the other side.

Cozy Cottage Style Home

This cozy little home is located in Idaho Falls, close to shopping and entertainment, as well as both Idaho Falls Hospitals for traveling medical professionals. Extremely family friendly, with a playroom and a large fenced in back yard. Conveniently located for trips to Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, and Island Park. As well as close to ski resorts; Kelly Canyon, Jackson Hole, and Grand Targhee. Disclosure: Due to a medical condition I am unable to host any animals.

Beautiful, private loft in historic home!

Enjoy the quaint, quiet and walkable neighborhood of the numbered streets of Idaho Falls while staying at our well appointed loft. The main tudor cottage style home was built in 1925 on a large corner lot and the property features mature, established gardens. While many guests come to us by-way of a jumping off point to places like nearby Yellowstone and Teton National Park, we want your stay with us to feel like a destination unto itself!

Country Cottage, farm fresh eggs, 10min to airport

Enjoy the peace of country farmland in this cozy 1-bedroom cottage, with downtown Idaho Falls just ten minutes away. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the kitchen, and you might notice our hens wandering through the backyard flower garden. You can enjoy skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun in the nearby area. Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.

One Full & Two Twin Beds Accommodates up to four guests Come cozy up in the Bear’s Den in our themed cabins in the old western town. It is located on the edge of our beautiful pond. Come dip your toes in the sand and cool off this summer with us here at Mountain River Ranch. Enjoy the pond view from Bear’s Den porch or take a stroll through our 14 acres and find your favorite spot to take in the scenic mountains!

Welcome to the Tiny House! This home is close to the airport, the local green belt, historic downtown, and only a few hours from Yellowstone and The Grand Tetons. This is a new and unique build! It is very comfortable, cozy, and cute. This is the main level of a two story duplex. Staying in the Tiny Home will be a memorable experience and we hope you enjoy your stay!
